Emerging from the idea to develop a singular villa where Ian Fleming’s hero could live, Vesper’s villa is located in Bendinat, one of the most exclusive residential areas next to Palma.
The project of this house of more than 669 m2 was born from the restructuration of a house build in 1989.
After adapting the structure to the new interior’s program and the need to have a swimming pool on the main terrace of the second floor, the aesthetic and strong character of this contemporary villa take place in the antagonism of a hermetic aspect from the exterior and an oasis of light and nature in its interior.

Few windows seen from the street because of the impact of the swimming pool in the whole house’s layout. This particular programmatic need is one of the starting points of architectural concept of the house, keeping like this all the mystery of what is happening inside.
A provocative
façade.
Vesper’s villa’s perception from the exterior is compact and massive. A strong character provided and materialized by a composition of textured concrete panels, natural stones, steel and glass.
The choices of the materials in the façade’s expression, makes this villa more radical and unique.

the heart
of the villa.
Interior’s spaces are organized around a central patio that provides light and nature to the house meanwhile articulates the spaces in a fluent and rational way.
Most relevant interior element, the central patio of Vesper is the heart of the villa’s interior lay out that articulates the whole interior and connects physically and visually all the floors and living areas of the house.

The house is organized in three floors, the entrance floor (entrance, parking and leisure), the first floor (bedroom’s floor) and the second floor (living area and pool).

Entrance floor
Main entrance of the house. The scale of this space and its uses reflects what Vesper is, special.
A big open space where functions like parking, cinema, bar, wine cellar, gym, sauna, hammam are mixed and put in scene with luxury materials and transparency.

First floor
The private area of the house, where four master bedrooms in suite are organized around the central patio. Each master bedroom is highlight with luxury materials, furniture, decoration and all the high standard elements.

Second floor
The living area. With a fantastic see sight view through a twelve meter long opening, this bright space is composed by a large open kitchen, office kitchen, dining area and lounge areas.
The accurate details of the floors continuity linking interior and exterior make this limit disappear and extend the living room to the terrace and the swimming pool facing the view.
